Strictly Brunching

Hey loves, as you may not know, I am a total foodie so I wanted to write about "Strictly Brunching" :) Nowadays it's so hard to find quality food at a reasonable price. With the holidays already here, I am sure that a lot of you are trying to watch your girly figures and so I challenged myself to come up with a list of places that serve not only healthy but Oh So yummy food. This topic of nutrition brings up a vulnerable spot in my life because as a young girl growing up under social pressures, I struggled with body image and getting the right nutrients into my system. It took a long time for me to realize that eating healthy won't make you gain weight but will actually allow your body to grow the way it should. I can't stress enough how skipping one meal or cutting back on your food intake could potentially harm your body in a negative way. I consider myself more of a private person when it comes to issues that I have had to overcome but I felt it necessary that i share this with you. Although I may not you you personally if you are reading this), I do know that you are the coolest, most "fab" person in the world and I don't want you to change into who you think you should be. Be grateful for you looks because the truth is, there is nobody quite like you on this earth. Haha, I just realized that my post has taken a serious turn so lets get to the fun stuff now, shall we? Ok, so as a result of my scouting adventure, I think I found a place that y'all are totally gonna love;) :

1.COMMUNAL COFFEE!

I mean seriously, I can't even begin to describe the amount of "perfectness" thats wrapped up in this little gem. From exotic coffees to amazing photo-ops, to the cutest little flower shop right in the cafe, it's a must for anybody's bucket list. Now food wise, they offer extremely healthy options from avocado toast to scrumptious sandwiches.

2. Parakeet La Jolla!

If you are into cute wallpapers and adorable outside patios, then you are going to love this little spot. Tucked away in La Jolla it is right on Drury Lane (and no, not the same lane as the ginger bread man ;) ). I have to say, if I had to pick on cafe to live in, it would be that one. I do have one piece of advice you you tho, it can get pretty busy so I suggest that you either go before noon for a sweet breakfast, or later in the afternoon for an indulgent brunch...

3. Senior Mango's!

If you are an acai bowl connoisseur like me, then Senior Mango's is where it's at! It took me forever to find the perfect smoothie/bowl place, and I actually found out of it through a friend. Tucked away on a little street, it's hard to miss with the fab mural in front of it. My favorite is the regular bowl with peanut butter and mango on top:) Not only are the people super nice there but in case you can't decide which one to get (like me most of the time;) ), you can build your own deluxe bowl...

I hope you all enjoyed my little piece of happiness, and that you will continue to take amazing care of yourself... Gosh my tummy is grumbling just thinking about all of the yummies that I talked about. OH! And last thing, remember to bring a friend! Haha, it's always more fun to share with someone who you care about, not to mention people watch with. And in case all of your friends are busy, just give me a buzz and ill meet u there;)

Xoxo,

Hannah
