Hola loves, and happy ----- day! Thats right, whether you're reading this on a Monday morning in your pjs or super late on a Friday, I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed writing this! So where to begin??? Oh right haha PARIS.... So over winter break, I took a small girls trip to "the land of love" with the literal LOVE OF MY LIFE (aka my mama) ;) Let me tell you, it was not a sight for disappointment. For the longest time I had been talking about going, and when you're young it makes all the more difference to go with someone that really means the world to you. From delicious everything, to the most amazing architectural buildings, Pairs is a sure stop for two love birds and was definitely worth the 14 hour plane ride! So while I was there, I decided to go "gem scouting" (as I like to call it) for not only the cost most instagrammable spots but also for hidden local eateries to help hit your cravings :) Haha it was quite the adventure, as I got kicked out of cafe and tricked by a gypsy in the process but I'll have that story for another blog post!!...
1. Laduree Cafe
HIGHLY RECOMMEND( and I'll tell u why): I'm not one for hot chocolate but I could drink think every morning for the rest of my life. Haha to be honest, I wouldn't even call it hot chocolate, it's more like melted creamy chocolate thats poured in a glass! But hey, who doesn't love that right??? Also, if you're looking for a mean macaron, this place is where it's at... My favorite flavor was the coffee (hard to believe right;) ) but honestly you just simply cannot go wring with a macaron from Laduree!

2. La Maison Rose
If you asked me what my favorite part about Paris was, then this place would be my answer. When we first got to Paris I was a little overwhelmed by all of the energy and I felt like we constantly had to be on the go.... So it was so nice finding a quaint spot with the same familiar vibes as home. La Maison Rose takes healthy eating to a whole new level of not only awesomeness but deliciousness that will leave your insides dancing:) I recommend that you go around mid-day because it tends to get a but crowded towards the evening. We got super lucky when we went because it turns out that she had just opened the "new and improved" restaurant just a few days earlier, and the day we went, she didn't think that she was going to open it up. But the universe was truly on our side, because not only did we make the most sincere friend but I think that I found my new home :))) Gosh I could keep going forever about how much I adored this eatery but I'll cut it short by saying one last thing: Make sure you say hi to Laurence (the owner) for me when you go! Tell her that Hannah says hi!!!

3.La Tour Eiffel
Obviously you can't go to Paris and not visit The Eiffel Tower:) The best spots for views and pics is at the Trocadero which if you draw a straight line through the eiffel tower and follow it, you'll find it! I believe that the Trocadero itself is a museum inside but I didn't have a chance to go inside of it (I was too busy gawking at the amazing views). Also, on the other side of the Eiffel Tower there is a grassy area which makes for a "oh so fab" photo shoot session!... I had the opportunity to go to the top of the eiffel Tower but during the winter time it is not only freezing (which I love), but it is also super windy. The views were amazing but to be honest, if you climb up to a rooftop, you can pretty much see the same thing. Not to mention, you beat out the 2-3 hour wait ;)

4. Le Louvre
ALL-TIME BEST MUSEUM OF MY LIFE
I'm not one for museums however, I could have spent all day looking at all of the amazing artifacts that fill the immense hallways and ballrooms. My mom and I wanted to maximize our time so we shimmied in to see the Mona Lisa and the Venus Statue. Wowowowowowow, it honestly felt like I was transported back in time to the Renaissance and the Greek times..... But I was ever so happy to be snapped back to reality once we left:) Also, if you follow the gardens in the back , you will come across a ton of white statues. Keep following them and a ferris wheel will have seemed to appear out of thin air! On your right will be L'Arc De Triomphe and La Tour Eiffel will by a little ways down on the left. Golly, do I wish I was still there! :)

4. Le Champs Elysees
If you are like me and love shopping, then it's impossible to be disappointed when taking a nice (long) stroll down this big beauty. If you are traveling with someone that doesn't like to shop, thats A-OK because the L'Arc De Triomphe is right at the end of the street. An assortment of stores will for sure hit you're sweet tooth for a new trendy bag or even the yummiest perfumes. Haha I had no idea that Zara had a home store until my trip to Paris...(Thanks Champs Ulysses for truly opening my eyes;) )The Eiffel tower is also only about a 15 min walk as well so you overachievers can hit it all in one day!

5. Montmartre!!!
I seriously cannot stress this pace enough... Located on somewhat of a hill and right next to La Maison Rose, this quaint little town is a sure stop for anybody looking for adventure and authenticity! Not only was this one of my favorite spots, Le Sacre Coeur Elise was right in the center of it so be sure to stop by. I highly recommend going in the evening because mid-day it tends to get superrrrrrr busy. Also, make sure to take the stairs all the way to the bottom and stop by my favorite chocolate boutique in town:)

6. Les Galeries De Lafayette
If you are looking to shop t'ill you drop then it's a must that you go there... Little did I know that it turns out there is a multiple story "gallery" for women, one for men and of course one for food!!! It's also right next to the French Opera so it's totally worth it so go check it out. If you go there during Christmas, then I highly recommend that you go because they put on the most exquisite, jaw dropping window displays that will have you gawking! :) Anyways, if you go, make sure to pick me up some yummy treats;)

Anyways loves, I hope that you found this blog helpful and let me know what u think! Shoot me an email if you have any questions and I'll be glad to help:) Aurevoir for now and I'll take to you all bientot!
xoxo Hannah
