Hey fashionistas and fellow Globe Trotters, Happy SPRING (at last :) )... This past week was my spring break so I decided to turn it into a little girls trip! But to where u may be asking? If you read the title then you know that I'm talking about Mexico amiga, HAHAH ;) Since I live in San Diego, we chose to head on over to a little slice of heaven between Rosarito and Ensenada, at Club Merena, which is only about an hour and a half away. In this post, I just want to share some activities and hidden gems that are -MUST DO'S- for sure.

Activities:

1.Horse Back riding on the beach

2.Surfing (Obvi)

3.Chilling in the hot tub

4.Taking a mini road trip down to Ensenada

5.Heading over to the wine country

6. I play tennis so it was worth it (especially since the courts overlook the water)

7. Market Shopping! -if you go to Mexico then you absolutely have to go; don't forget to bargain (its the best part ;) -

10. If you aren't traveling alone, then head out and explore! Nothing spells adrenaline like a new foreign and exciting country. So for you adrenaline junkies, this is definitely in your wheel house :)

Eateries:

1. Splash

Such a sweet place for fresh catches of the day and a million dollar view that overlooks the rocks below. I highly recommend going for sunset...

2. Tapanco's

One of my favorite restaurants there! Not only do they serve a complimentary build your own salsa station right in front of you, but they offer a complimentary salad with guava and papaya dressing -YUM-

3. The Blue Galley

Now this little hidden gem was actually opened by a french woman who moved to Mexico about 20 years ago.Let me tell you a little secret: I don't even think you can find eateries that good in France !! This spot is a MUST if you are a serious foodie like me (or just simply love to eat... also like me)

4. Pollo 614

If you want to some bang for you buck this place is where it's at. Well actually they deliver to you; all you need to do is dial 614-1414 and 2 roasted chickens are delivered to your house. To top it all of, they are served with mounds ( and I literally mean mounds) on beans, rice and tortillas!

Ok Loves, so I really hope that you enjoys this post and make sure to check these spots off of you list next time you head on over to Mexico!

Until next time :)

xoxo,

Hannah
